Jake and Piper create this potion in the Season 1 episode, "I've Had a Vision". In the episode, Jake receives a weird power when he has visions in his dreams and foresaw a low-level demon attacking Paige at work.
This is also the first time Jake and Piper put aside their differences and work together.

*After you let it simmer, the potion should be a midnight-blue color.
